Following significant water flooding, Resolution Contracting managed the full make-safe, asbestos removal, and reinstatement of the home. The team safely isolated and removed damaged flooring, cabinetry, skirting, and wall linings, while also managing asbestos containment and removal from the textured concrete ceilings in the downstairs lounge. All work complied with health and safety regulations, including airlocks, negative pressure, cleaning, and sealing of surfaces.
Once cleared, the home was reinstated with new gib linings, plastering, painting, wallpapering, and flooring. Cabinetry and appliances were reinstalled, ensuring the property was fully restored and safe for the family.
