Residential New Build in Riverhead

Resolution Contracting has been engaged in a high-end, fully customised residential build following extensive consultation and design with the owners. Construction commenced in late 2025, with completion expected in May 2026.

The project encompasses all aspects of a modern luxury home, including site establishment, structural framing, roofing, external shiplap cladding, windows, and doors. Interior works include insulation, full linings, bespoke cabinetry, joinery, high-quality finishes, tiling, and painting throughout.

Key features of the build include engineered timber and steel structural elements, premium kitchen and laundry cabinetry, custom bathrooms, high-performance glazing, ducted heating and cooling systems, and optional outdoor elements such as a pool and fireplace.

Resolution Contracting is managing all stages of the build, coordinating specialist trades, and ensuring quality, safety, and attention to detail are maintained throughout the construction process.
