Impact Repair in Wellsford

Engaged by the insurer, Resolution Contracting was tasked with repairing impact damage to portal steel framing and the only access point—a pair of garage doors—at a NZ Post facility in Wellsford. Because these doors were the sole staff entry/exit, uninterrupted access was critical and added complexity to an otherwise straightforward repair.

Over two days, we removed and repaired the left-hand door track and damaged structural post, replaced cables and reinstated door hardware, repaired/replaced affected steel portal members, and managed electrical isolation with rerouting of security data cables.
