Full restoration of a residential home in Swanson, delivering a mix of exterior and interior works to modernise and protect the dwelling.
Externally, the paintwork on the home’s exterior had significantly failed. We were engaged to strip back damaged coatings, fully prepare all surfaces, and repaint the entire envelope. Full site scaffold was installed for safe access, and the house and roof were thoroughly washed, prepared and repainted. We also restored the decks and handrails with a full clean and re-stain.
Internally, both bathrooms were upgraded with new shower frameless glass, extraction fans, repainting. Electrical work included installing new fans, external vents, smoke alarms, updated lighting. We made some minor wall adjustments to support the new fittings.
