Following water damage in the ensuite bathroom, Resolution Contracting was engaged by an insurance provider to safely remove and remediate contaminated materials while restoring the space to full functionality. The damage required careful stripout of all affected wall linings, ceiling gib, and flooring, along with bleach cleaning of timber framing to ensure the area was hygienic and compliant with building standards.

Our team managed the full reinstatement of the ensuite, including installation of new wall and ceiling linings, finishing lines, plastering, and painting. Waterproofing and tiling were completed to high standards, with the owner selecting tiles to suit their design preference. The bathroom vanity and mirror were replaced and all plumbing and electrical connections were carefully reinstalled to ensure full functionality. Throughout the project, every stage was checked and signed off to maintain quality and compliance.
