Flood Damage Repair in Glenfield

Following the Auckland floods, Resolution Contracting was engaged to reinstate the office block and small workshop to pre-event condition. Our scope included removal and replacement of water-damaged internal walls, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures, as well as reinstatement of plumbing and electrical services. Specific works included replacement of cavity sliders, doors, benchtops, and water-damaged cabinetry, along with plastering, painting, and installation of new flooring throughout the affected areas.

In addition to the insurance claim scope, we completed extensive private works to improve the functionality and environment of the site. This included creating new offices, a toilet block, tea room, and workshop to improve flow and usability, installation of polished concrete floors, and a fully redecorated ground floor to brighten the factory for staff. Custom cabinetry and kitchenette installations were also carried out to enhance day-to-day operations.

All works were carefully planned and coordinated to ensure minimal disruption, with the business remaining fully operational throughout the project. Our team managed full on-site project management to ensure smooth workflow between trades. Finishing works, including plastering, painting, and installation of commercial carpet, were completed to a high standard, reflecting pride and attention to detail by all trades involved.
