Insurance repair following a major water leak
Resolution Contracting was engaged by the insurer to deliver managed reinstatement works across three offices and a lobby area, following water ingress from the roof at a commercial premises.
The project was completed within a two week timeline and required a carefully staged repair approach to minimise operational disruption, allowing the tenant to continue functioning on a limited capacity during the works. Coordination with the restoration team, fire monitoring and electrical trades ensured safety and compliance throughout the process.
Our team completed removal and replacement of timber floor substrates, ceiling tiles, plastering and painting and minor finishing trims. All while preserving existing finishes and avoiding unnecessary replacements. Strong attention to health and safety, quality, and communication ensured a seamless delivery.
